TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When you as a customer book time in the sauna, the following guidelines apply. The terms and conditions apply to visits and reservations in FYRIG SAUNA AS badstove in Skei i Jølster.

CONSUMER PURCHASE

Consumer purchases are regulated in the Consumer Purchases Act, the Right of Cancellation Act, the Marketing Act, the Personal Data Act, the E-commerce Act and the Credit Purchases Act, etc. If you would like more information about your rights and obligations when purchasing, you can find it at lovdata.no

By using our website and/or placing an order, you agree to follow the provisions described in the terms. Make sure that you have read and understood the conditions before placing the order. Note that times, prices and products that are available on the website per today's date may not always be available. We reserve the right to stop selling a product at any time and reserve the right if the product is not available at any time. FYRIG SAUNA AS reserves the right to change the terms as necessary without prior notice. The version of the terms that applies to your order is the version available on the website at the time of order.

PRICES

When ordering on the website, the prices stated apply. All prices are in Norwegian kroner (NOK) and include VAT. If the VAT rate applicable on the order date changes after the order has been placed, that change will be shown in the price of the goods, without you being informed about this. The prices that are disclosed to the customer at the time of ordering apply throughout the entire purchase process. There are no other taxes or charges. In the event of clearly incorrect pricing due to technical or human error, FYRIG SAUNA AS reserves the right to cancel an order and refund the customer.

PAYMENT

You can choose the following safe payment methods: Via Net's payment solution on the website. Cash is not accepted.

FYRIG SAUNA AS never has access to the card information and cannot register or store the card information.

PURCHASE TERMS AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION

In order to make a purchase via the website, you must accept the terms. By accepting the terms, you undertake to follow the terms, and furthermore that you have accepted that you have read the information about Trekk i peisen AS's processing of personal data under and consent to the use of cookies A purchase agreement, which these terms and conditions regulate, is only entered into when FYRIG SAUNA AS has confirmed the order in writing to the e-mail address you provided ("order confirmation"). You are encouraged to take care of the order confirmation for any inquiries to FYRIG SAUNA AS in the future. The agreement you enter into in connection with a booking only covers payment for the reservation in question, and when the booking and the visit have been completed, the customer has no further payment obligations to Trekk i peisen AS. The terms still apply between the parties for the purchased services/goods. The customer confirms that the information that the customer fills in is correct and complete. The customer is responsible for incorrectly completed information. Information about Trekk i peisen AS and processing of personal data is set out below, and is part of these terms.

CANCELLATION AND CHANGE OF BOOKING

The right of cancellation for services does not apply to individual services that take place at a specific time or within a specific period, cf. Right of Cancellation Act § 19. A booking with FYRIG SAUNA AS follows the same principle as if you buy a cinema, concert or plane ticket. In individual cases, we will still be able to make a full refund provided that cancellation is received no later than 24 hours before the booking starts. Reservation can be transferred to another name free of charge.

CANCELLATION AND WEATHER DETENTION

If, for one reason or another, Trekk i peisen AS cannot carry out the reservation due to technical problems or other external reasons, the reservation will be canceled and the customer will be refunded the sum for the reservation. FYRIG SAUNA AS cannot guarantee weather or views. In the event of extreme weather and other force majeure situations such as pandemics, war, riots, blockades, natural disasters, strikes and lock-outs, import restrictions, hyperinflation, robberies, burglaries, foreign invasions and monkeypox, the customer will not receive a refund for the service that cannot be carried out .

AGE LIMIT

FYRIG SAUNA AS does not dispatch purchases and reservations to persons under the age of 18. Guests under the age of 18 must comply with regulations.
